Definitely Heavy duty. Very clear! I was concerned about glare but it was not an issue where I am using. I am using to protect pictures I am mounting on my garage frig. I knocked a star off because of the extremely tight fit. I easily spent 2 minutes working to get the picture in and when all the way in the picture end is flush with the plastic.

They are heavy enough to protect but clear enough to easily read through. I used them for our Church Directory and the manual for my new pistol.
