I installed this in my wife's dental office last night. The old unit of a different brand quit making refills for it so I had to remove the old one and install the new one. I threw the old one in the trash because it was useless with no refills! The old one had an adhesive patch like the new Purell unit, even though it was also installed with screws. I recommend that you DO NOT USE THE ADHESIVE PATCH ON THE PURELL UNIT OR ANYTHING ELSE ATTACHED TO YOUR WALLS! Leave the protective film on the adhesive and install with screws if at all possible. The adhesive on the old unit severely damaged the paint while taking it off. Adhesive is for lazy people with a lot of time and money to waste to repair the wall when removed. The new unit was installed with wall anchors and screws in a fashion to cover up as much damage as the old one caused when removed. The new Purell uses 3 "C" batteries but I prefer the "D" batteries of the old unit for extra battery life. We will find out how often batteries need to be replaced later, but I did buy extra life "C" batteries so hopefully that will not be a problem. Installation of the Purell unit with wall anchors and screws was fast and simple as was the installation of the refill bag. The unit fired up quickly and efficiently dispensed a decent mount of Purell sanitizer with each pass of the hand so it was easy to get your hands thoroughly sanitized. We definitely will buy more of these later, we like Purell products and I especially like Gojo that makes this unit because they also have one of the best products ever for getting thick nasty grease and dirt off of you hands. They have a number of great products.

Took less than 30 minutes to install 2 of them in my office. I drilled and mounted them with screws because that adhesive material often does more damage than screws. They have been up for a few weeks now and everyone seems pleased with them.

Lamentablemente no trae el recipiente (o contenedor) para colocar el gel o desinfectante. Intenté comprarlo por separado y no se puede. Solo perdí mi tiempo y dinero.

Edited review 4/12/21:I still think my comments in the original review are correct. However, I contacted Gojo directly, and they were VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful in replacing my broken LBL dispenser (the one that I needed to replace with the lTX mentioned below) and getting things back to normal.Original review - one star:The refills that are sold to fit DO NOT fit. It says to use LTX refills, and that's what I bought.Since it came with no instructions (except a sticker inside that says "colors must match"), I have no idea if I have the right LTX refills - maybe there are there different colors with the same model #?.Looks like I'll be returning it.
