Convenient, easy to refill and at times it does act a bit "slow" if you are the first one using it after it sits for awhile. But, batteries seem to last a long time. Replaced one that quit working after years of use; so I'm happy with the purchase.

ok, so yeah, it is the cheap modal. It does not come with a drip tray, which I was expecting. However, it is perfectly clear, by the pics, it does not come with one. So that is on me. The batteries are not energizer. When do you ever get name brand batteries. If you ask me, it is a bonus they are included. Plus, they are a good generic. I have not tried it yet, for that matter, I haven't even installed. When I do, I'll be sure to use strong alc. on the wall first (hint hint). If things go wrong, I will update. Sadly, you have reached the end of this review, good day.

I ordered several of these about a year ago and I was very happy with them. I recently decided to install another one and placed this order. This unit is very disappointing. I didn't include any mounting screws, the batteries included were cheap junk instead of a top brand, and most frustrating of all it did not include the drop tray that came with all of my previous units.I'm very unhappy with this purchase and will not be purchasing any more without verifying the package contents in advance.

Had to modify dispenser and remove white tab, the liquid soap container did not match/lock correctly. Don't know which was incorrect, but got it to work.
