Battery loses it ability to charge when left idle. Have to purchase another battery or send out for service, which incurs an additional cost.

Bought this as a backup for my ad400 pro. Works perfectly. Now that I have two batteries I can shoot longer and I always have a backup.

Batterey is not getting charge, I Change this product due to the original get damage in less tham one year, and now after 3 months this one that I just bouth in Amazon get damaged as well, there's no wrranty from Godox? recently Product is not charging again, 2 batteries in less tham 2 years?charging

I cannot seem to get this item to charge.I'm using the old battery just now and it's charging just fine - I think this one will be returned unfortunately.

Warning to everyone interested in purchasing these there is a massive defect in which the battery will deplete to the point where the charging system does not recognize it. There are several videos the go over this on Youtube feel free to look into it yourself. Worst of all Godox customer service will dismiss this and simply tell you to sort it out with Amazon. I have purchased these a total of 4 times and every single battery will stopped working. You only have 6 months to dispute the issue and get a refund so be alert

Battery arrived on time and works perfect with my GODOX AD-400 . Now with 2 batteries I can shoot at events almost al weekend without any worries !

The Godox battery was purchased to replace a battery that died a early death and is currently performing as expected.

Battery powered strobes are great for portability and in situations when there is no power socket available, but when you're on a long job, having to break in shooting to charge the battery is very inconvenient - having a spare is pretty much essential.Battery arrived the morning after ordering, quick charge and completed a session same day.

I have the godox ad400 and I went outside for 4 5 times , and now I n eed to recharge the battery! But in case.. have another one !I never used the second one since I got the new one!

I bought this battery as a spare for a photo shoot that was going to be outdoors. I was guessing I would need a lot of power to compensate for shooting in direct daylight and I wanted to make sure I had an extra battery available. I actually used this battery after fully charging it, since I knew the battery that came with my strobe worked just fine. The WB400P worked great. I ended up shooting between 1/4 and 1/2 power most of the afternoon and by the time I was done with my photo shoot I still had 2/3 battery charge left. I had no issues with the battery, either with charging it or actually using it on my photo shoot. I would definitely recommend getting this battery especially if you need a spare one just in case.
