Have used with both flashes without incident. Also holds the cheap umbrellas that I purchased without any problems. Installs and adjusts easily...and seems to securely hold both flashes that I've tried with it.

Los materiales son de buena calidad, en las partes principales están hechas de aluminio y lo demás es plástico duro de alta calidad.

Previously, I've used Shoe Mounts for my speedlights, but once I purchased a better flash, I wanted to make sure it didn't tumble off the stand. It's a bit ridiculous how much more sturdy this S-bracket is! My Godox V1 isn't going anywhere and I feel confident leaving in there all day. Definitely worth the money!

What I love most about this is that I can use it with my Godox AD200 Pro with the protective skin on! With my previous S-Type Bracket, it was such a tight fit that I had to remove the protective skin which was a pain. With this, there is plenty of room thanks to the new design. I will buy more if I purchase more of these if I buy more Ad200s in the future

I wish Godox has designed this earlier. I had converted and old model to fit the AD200 better, but the V1 s Light was far too big to fit. They have used better materials and improved the overall design. I have seen some complaints about the AD200 slipping out, but I haven’t had any problems with it. If you keep your lights/Strobes snug you’ll have no problems. I replaced my old Godox brackets with this new version.

This is a big improvement over the original Godox S speedlight adapter. Gone is the overly stand mount and geared teeth of the tilt mechanism. And it can now accommodate the round FlashHead of The Godox V1. It can also be used with the AD400 Pro monolight. All in all it’s very well made a much improved design. The umbrella mount is also much improved. You do not need to be a Godox flash user to use the S2 as it will work with every brand of hot shoe mount flash. For my money it is the best general purpose small flash adapter for off camera use whether you use a softbox or umbrella or hard reflector or not.

Godox somehow manages to continually evolve and improve their products, granted, this one was a bit necessary because of the design of the new round head V1. But shrinking the size and increasing the strength while expanding the functionality while keeping roughly the same price is kind of unbelievable. Unless you’re a high power professional that makes thousands of dollars per shoot, Godox and their products are the absolute best value with more capabilities than any other manufacturer. Hands-down.

UPDATE 4-15-20: Yes, it still has the "loose fit" that I commented on previously but not so loose that it becomes useless or falls apart while using. It does the job. I'm upgrading to 4 stars because I don't think it's fair to rate at 3 stars considering that the for the price, the build quality the functioning of how it performs on the job is, in the end, acceptable. The slightly loose fit issue is not actual deal breaker for me. Maybe it's just my OCD acting up again ;-)' To others this "fit" issue may be no big deal and I won't argue that. I would buy another if needed. This Godox S2 bracket fits loose on my Angler 48" Octobox. It latches on to the Bowens ring on the Octobox and does not release, as designed, until safety/lock lever on the S2 is released so I'm not too worried that my Octobox will fall off the mount. Nevertheless the fit between the S2 and mount is not a snug fit as I expected. I've used strobe mounted light on speed rings before and never came across this "loose fit" issue. I'd prefer less wobble where the S2 attaches to the Bowens mount on the Octobox. Yes, the S2 works fine, is compact, appears to be of decent quality, and holds my speed light securely but the less than snug fit between the S2 and Octobox mount bugs me. To be fair, I supposed the problem could be on the Bowens mount side of this so I am planing to buy a regular solo Bowens mount to test whether or not this loose fit issue is due the the S2 design or the Bowens mount on the Octobox. I'll update this at a future date with my test result and upgrade or lower rating as a result.
