First one that arrived had a broken glass in the box, but the replacement was intact. Seems like a lot of people have a similar experience. But they are good glasses. Good weight to them.

Its not the first time that these type of products arrives damaged, this is crystal products, drivers or all staff need to be more careful with fragile products, just a suggestion.

Por favor, Le suplico que ponga mas atención en la forma en que los productos son empaquetados para el viaje. La caja sola, sin ninguna protección en la parte lateral y enviando productos de cristal cortado? Simplemente una verdadera vergüenza. Fuera de eso, el juego de copas es de una calidad muy buena. fue una buena inversión.

I got this for a Christmas gift and it looks nice and expensive, though the price is very affordable. It's heavy, therefore gives an impression of good quality. I've had a set like that for a few years and it sure looks pretty in a china cabinet! I've washed mine in a dishwasher with no problems, comes out nice and sparkly. Good quality, good looking, great gift!
