I received a pasta attachment for my KitchenAid mixer as a gift. I ordered this item to expand my pasta-making choices beyond the spaghetti and ravioli dies included in my pasta attachment. This board is easy to use and easy to clean--I just let the board dry and used a brush to clean a tiny bit of residue left behind. It's perfect for potato gnocchi, too. Fun and easy to use.
