The bottom parts needs some work since its not aligning with the block at the bottom.

It fit like a gasket. Make sure you replace your spinkter valve gaskets too. Both the upper and lower. Don't cheap out on them or you will be back in there again.

this is a genuine GM part (like), buy since it required removal of the timing chain to replace it, I ordered the timing set fixture (from Amazon) too.
