My liftgate actuator switch on my 2009 Suburban started to crack and the plastic pieces were falling out. While it still worked, it was getting harder and harder to push because there was less of a 'button' to push. At the same time, the release switch stopped working as well so I decided to replace both at the same time (both require the rear panel to be removed). This GM part was a perfect fit and I was able to replace it in less than 15 minutes. I found an installation video on YouTube which made installation a breeze.

I needed this for my Escalade.... When taking back liftgate apart to fix window and put in new camera, somehow lost the one that was in it. Ordered this, exact size, exact shape, works perfectly. Snaps in on the cable harness as if it were the OEM product. No negative issues.

Oem gmc part. Easy to install and a good price. No issues. Installed it with a flat blade screwdriver in about 5 minutes. Works just fine.
