Works well and is a good size. My issue is I should have gotten a swivel pulley. It’s just an extra step to lay out the system then clip it in. It’s a little wide so that’s a little annoying.

I am amazed with what these cheap pulleys can withstand. They had a gentle life untill the other week when I needed to move 1.4metic tons of chipper out of a river is fell in. A quick 9:1 and it was out. These pulleys survived. The did close up on them selves but the still work although there is definate signs of stress on the pulley wheels. So they are retired now. But will buy these again when needed.

This is exactly what I had expected, great quality - I'm not using them for climbing, but they are strong and reliable

I bought this product as a snap shackle replacement for our sailboat. This block has done a great job and kept up even with the salty marine conditions. Way cheaper than a true marine block but same rigidity.

Price is extremely good, quality up there as Petzle, DMM... and I own those brands. Not only do I use them as slack tenders, but they make excellent tension pulleys, and grouped correctly, a makeshift block and tackle. I used them grouped two by two, to yank up a very large beam to hold up my basement rafters, after torrential rains brought down main basement wall. I just ordered 4 more pair... for tree climbing, rigging, and backup uses. Stop paying name brand prices! Trust me, these are QUALITY!!

I've used this to catch and lower logs chopping down some huge tree branches. It coped fine with an oak log that was 2m long and about 40cm diameter. One branch was ridiculously heavy and when it dropped the rope was going through this pulley which was on a carabiner which was on a 20mm nylon sling around the trunk. The force of the branch dropping was enough to snap the nylon sling. That's a lot of force. The pulley is fine and still runs smoothly (the carabiner hole is showing some mis-shaping now - it's had a lot of heavy logs dropped on it!)Highly recommended!

Prusik-minding pully.Plus it's a 2-pack!I'm buying more before the prices go up.

Im a climbing tree trimmer. I attached these to my flipline so I am able to one hand my line. They work great! The movement is smooth and easy to use. The only thing I wish was different is the top rigging holes were closer together so I don't have to use a larger carabiener. But all in all great buy.

I didn't purchase this for the normal use. I use it on the anchor line of my drift boat. This one is very well made compared to the one that I had previously. It's very stout with thicker aluminum sides and a bit larger than the 12mm capable pulleys. Last, the extra millimeter (13 vs. 12mm) is very handy for a 1/2" rope that gets wet.
