We use it for our waterpark zipline the product is very well made and of better quality than the original part. I would recommend this product and I order a few more as spare.

Great product - sturdy, robust, fast! Has only one weird little thing - once it is on the wire you need to make sure you can put two bolts through to make sure the wire doesn’t drop into the handle compartment. We spent some time finding the right bolts because if you get them too long it makes it difficult to hold on to the handle.Tiny detail, other than that it is awesome fun and super impressed

I went with this one after buying one of those kits and the troller just was terrible. I bought this as a replacement, I do take it down in the winter as I live in Buffalo, we use it in the winter I just don't leave it on the line because of snow and ice.The bearings are great and fast. No complaints. I price compared this to a few others and based on my needs I went with this one and was not disappointed. I weigh about 175lbs and use this and its super fast and fun. My son does as well and we have had zero issues. Was a great replacement choice. I have the seat hooked on it too.

Our old zip line trolley was plastic and metal and had to be threaded through the trolley at the time of installation. This resulted in it being left out in all kinds of weather. However, you can install the Fusion Climb Z-Max trolley in a matter of seconds and remove it from the zip line just as quickly. No need to leave it out in inclement weather. It's also a great safety feature because no one can sneak a ride on the zip line when it's unattended. Best of all is its quality, heavy metal construction and the comfortable handle grips. I doubt that I'll ever need to buy another trolley, but if I do, it will be this one.

This trolley is well made, comfortable to hold, and is easy to attach/detach. However, it is much slower than my Petzl tandem trolley so the rider gets stuck 50' short on our 300' line. I replaced the 6200RS sealed bearings with 6200ZZ shielded bearings and this fixed the problem. The 6200RS bearings added a lot of friction that was resolved with the 6200ZZ bearings. Note: The bearings are press fit in the sheave/pulley and held in place with a retaining ring. Once disassembled, the bearing can be tapped out of the pulley with a hammer and a rod (I used a 3/8" bolt), and the retaining ring will need special pliers to remove/re-install. Hope this helps!

Perfect! Great trolley! I bought to replace a "generic" trolley that wobbled and made noise as it traveled down our zipline. This Fusion Climb Z-Max I liked as soon as I got it out of the package! It was easy to attach to our existing zipline - didn't have to thread the zipline cord through it because this trolley opens from the bottom to attach securely to the zipline. Also, it's got to be the smoothest trolley! It just g-l-i-d-e-s on the zipline as if it floating on air.... and with practically no sound! I can't say enough wonderful things about this trolley! It's great! It's very affordable! Very strong! Well made! Very trustworthy (I trust with my grandchildren)! Love the red color! Love it! Thank you for making a great product!

Perfect! Sturdy! Fast. Easy for the kids to use. It is removable. So this makes having to drag it back not a problem if zipline is high, like ours. The kids just remove it at the end of the run. It weighs a few lbs you can check the weight. But my kids take it up a tree house where they take off. We leave it in the house in-between uses, so it won't rust or get stolen. It's a nice red color. It should last for years.

bought - Fusion Climb Z-Max Military Tactical Edition Stainless Steel Zip Line Speed Trolley Pulley with Grip Bars - and it is amazing . Used for kids, adults, etc. hours and hours of fun. no idea on the mileage already on it but it has been a very, very good purchase for us. We remove from the line and store inside. I really love the fact how it can just unclip from the line and be removed. a bonus compared to other similar products.

My child had an incident where he bounced on the cable, the handles opened enough to wedge the cable between the wheel and the side plate. He came to an abrupt halt and lost his grip on the handles. I recommend tightening the pulley nuts to limit the spread of the handles to just allow your diameter cable to pass through. Cover the exposed threads with RTV /silicone. Good quality! I used this on 1/2 inch cable and it works well.

CALLING ALL ZIPPERS....If your future plans are to build a zip line whether beginner or a full-scale long-haul line this IS a GREAT choice of trolley for the job. I just completed a zip line for my son and his family in Philadelphia three weeks ago. It utilized a 3/8" galvanized steel cable capable of 10,000 pounds break strength. The project went great and the kids (8 and 13 and their friends) are having BIG TIME FUN with this new addition to the back yard. Over 100 feet long. The Z-MAX Trolley is very robust in steel weight. Bearings are super smooth. You will not be disappointed with this choice. The grab handles are just right for all size hands (kids and adult) NO SLIPPING. Also managed to hang a rope seat from the eyes. Super safe for all weights. Every item from connectors to line to trolley and platform was designed with at least a 2X safety factor. Your family deserves high quality, safety and piece of mind when zip lining.David from Bowling Green KY

I built a back yard zipline and this has worked great on a cable and a rope for kids as small as 20 lbs up to adults 230 lbs. I zip tied the two holes at mid height so it feels more solid. Otherwise it feels like it wants to fall apart when it's not loaded with a person. It has held up great to lots of use over the past summer. Many days it was in use constantly for hours by big groups of kids. The great part about this is that if you ever need to take it down for any reason (liability when you aren't around) you can easily take it off the cable.
