Product worked correctly just 3 times. Hold the up button and trailer dump raise about 2 inches. Lest off the button and push again another 2 inches over and over and over. Replaced the battery in the key fob, it still didn't work. Tried holding the remote next to the receiver same problem Does the same thing when you try to use the buttons on the receiver. Would definitely NOT recommend.

So this is pretty nice. I was very nervous about getting this after reading all the other reviews but even after getting everything fully installed we have not had any of those issues. I did take off one star because I feel like quality-wise it could be nicer and more heavy duty. I'm not sure about the longevity of it as well. It might not last nearly as long as the previous one he had but only time will tell. This came well packed and secured with no missing pieces. Everything was exactly as described in the ad. My husband is very familiar with installing stuff like this so he was easily able to get this installed and swapped out with the old part that was bad. He said it was very easy and straightforward of an installation as long as you know what you are doing. Once everything was hooked up ours functioned as intended and it was the right size so everything fit flawlessly as it should. Overall we are pretty happy with this and would just like to see them up the quality just so it would last the optimal amount of time. Definitely a pretty good value for your money overall. Solid 8 out of 10. Functions perfectly as intended

Well made, solid remote unit. Unlike a lot of similar remotes, they didn't skimp on wiring to cut costs. The wiring is nice and heavy and should handle lots of amps without overheating. Everything is nice and sealed up tight and overall is a solid unit that will last. It's pricier than some others but unlike many of those, this is built to last.

Installed mine this morning. Took about 30-45 minutes. Used it a couple of times already today. It works great and I’m very happy with it thus far.

I had tried several other slightly cheaper remotes, but none of them worked with my dump trailer. I decided to try one more brand and this one worked perfectly with the Load Trail dump trailer. It was much better constructed that the others, the wiring instructions were clear and accurate. It took about 10 minutes to put some crimp connectors on the wires, hook it up, and give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when it actually worked! Now I can spread gravel on our long driveway without getting my wife to drive the truck while I work the remote !

Took the product to multiple shops and they could not get it to work on the dump trailer. Contacted technical support numerous times and they were no help whatsoever.
