Not a great fan of this kettle, if you have some really fine herbs for infusing, the infuser gets chocked.. I would have preferred the infuser to help with every type of blend.. it works great if you are not using coarse herbs and using only tea leaves but I generally make my herb blend with cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, some cinnamon and cardamom bug it doesn’t do a great job with these ingredients.. am so sad as I had high expectations. Also the wooden handle gets extremely hot if you are using the kettle to reduce the concoction.. I almost burnt my fingers, so be a little careful when handling it, touch with back of your hand to test the temp and not just hold the handle thinking ohh it’s wood :)

The handle fell off when I tried to pour some tea in to the cup. The screw was also missing to the handle. I wasn’t expecting the glass to be so thin and brittle.

I got rid of my coffee maker to get this instead. This little glass teapot is so cute and heats the perfect amount of water for two cups of coffee. We are trying to get for holistic and reduce toxins so we went for glass. It holds up to the heat of our stove and is very easy to use and clean. Definitely worth the money!

This kettle is thin glass. I washed it by hand then let it dry. I bumped something into the spout and a chip of glass broke off. Since it was on the spout I didn't want to use it for fear glass would get into my tea. So I never got to use it! LOL It was beautiful and light weight. I loved the wooden handle as well.

The tea pot itself is very cute. The lid feels a little flimsy to me, and as you can see in the picture, the wood handle was not staying upright and flopped down and thankfully, I was near the stove before a fire or anything else could’ve happened. I miss it in the description, so please be careful and cautious that this teapot is not for gas stoves . I did not see this so this is my own fault but this is not meant for a gas stove so please read the description carefully.
