I would have sworn the first one was open box. The hardware was all jumbled, and a screw had gotten between the lid and one of the dividers, breaking one of the hinges, and bowing the lid. The lid was sealed with cheap scotch tape. So I sent it back for a replacement.I was wrong. This is just the quality of the product. While this one didn't have a broken hinge, the hardware was again jumbled. Plus, the case just isn't sized for the hardware that's in it, either in terms of volume or number of dividers available. With several different, relatively close sizes of hardware, they have to live in separate slots...especially at this price point. This one I'll be returning for a refund.
