The egg slots were too small for my tortoise eggs. They might need to create a list of what eggs will rather than titling it "reptile". However, I took the insert out and still used the box. My babies hatched so I can say it works!

Works good for Cornsnake and Hognose eggs!. I put the substrate in the bottom as normal and put the eggs in the holder.... Holds onto humidity good. The only issue is not much room for hatchlings that are coming out of the egg.... Suggestion to move the eggs directly to substrate or another bin once they start to pip to make sure they have ample room.Otherwise nice hatch tray.
