I got this for my 8 y.o. daughter. Unfortunately, she has decided it's "not her style" (she's my resident fashionista). Nice try, I guess, but I won't be getting her any more maxi skirts in the near future. The skirt is made from a nice, light, airy fabric. The sizing is exactly as stated, and exactly as you would expect. The quality of the workmanship is very nice.

My daughters wear skirts and dresses nearly all the time, so I am always looking for comfortable, stylish, flattering, affordable skirts for them. This one is perfect! I love it for the following reasons:- the ruffles are classy and stylish- the pink color is so sweet!- it is a little light and see-through though, so it may need to be for church and not play, and one has to wear a slip under it- the material is extremely comfortable, soft and breathable for summertime- we love the waistband, that it has a workable drawstring and is nice and thick- overall, it is a very well made skirtWhat a blessing!

This is a nice skirt. My daughter has yet to wear it because I didn't realize she had no grace in a longer dress until I started ordering them for her. Otherwise, it is lovely and fits right. I recommend getting to know your kids before you order nice dresses for them.

It seems very difficult these days to find a full length skirt that isn't skin tight or super formal. This one is just perfect. The skirt is true to size, you can trust the sizing chart in the listing, and it is well constructed with nice tight stitches. The material is light but not so sheer that it's see-through. The waist has a nice elastic and a drawstring to make certain it's secure. The color is really quite nice and the sewn on frills add a unique style.

This is a nice skirt that's well made, though it runs long! Got this for a 4 1/2-year-old girl to use for school.When wearing at her waist the shirt covered her feet and touched the ground, though the fit at the waist was itself good. When it was raised to cover her belly button, it still covered her feet completely though it now only barely touched the ground, meaning we'll have to wait until school starts in the fall for her to start wearing this.I look forward to that as the skirt looks good on her overall, I really love the fit at the waist and the layering of the ruffles! As this isn't a skort, she'll need to wear shorts under her skirt per the rules of her school, but that's just common sense for active girls this young anyways.
