Some of the piping arrived slightly bent but was easy to move back into place. Fit perfect and was all accessories mounted correctly. No leaks and tested for 4 days no issues whatsoever. Saved about $50 compared to the manufacturer.

Mine froze and cracked. Replaced and saved a bunch. A little tricky if your not so inclined.

I received the heat exchanger bent in several places. Judging by the expanded foam packaging it was put in the shipping container bent. Both lines at the top of the unit were bent in and the whole exchanger was twisted. I needed it to work so rather than wait on a replacement I bent it back into shape to make it work. it does not have the same flow as the original. It does make hot water.
