Seemed to be a good chair but was broken upon arrival

I purchased this in Sept to give my grandson for Christmas. Opened the box to put it together and the wood has holes that have been filled with different colored something and one of the pieces is broken. Cant return it or contact the seller. the piece that is broken makes it unsafe, so even without the cosmetic issue it now gets to go in the trash.

the rocker was in the color I ordered and well packaged, containing the tools and screws necessary to assemble. However the holes were too large or the screws were the incorrect size. Extremely frustrating. I returned the chair.

High quality, assembly is minor and simple, and rocker is bigger than expected. My 18-month grand daughter loves it but can't rock since her feet don't touch the floor. However, it's easily big enough for her 4-year old brother. She'll be able to use it longer, a good trade-off. Shipping was prompt.....box was damaged somewhat but chair unharmed. Good purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy again or buy others in fuuture.

We bought one for each of our three daughters. It was so simple to put together, it's a sturdy hardwood, and beautiful! The rungs in the sitting area aren't too far apart (no heads getting into them). The corners are all smooth (no owies). And the seat isn't so far off the floor that it's too hard to sit in; and big enough to have grow room. My 2 year old started rocking in it right away. My 4 year old and 6 year old really enjoy it as well; but they'll have to wait till their birthdays to get theirs. I was extremely pleased with the quality, price, and beauty. I really think this rocking chair might last to be used by my grandchildren.
