My two year old loves this toy. It’s compatible with brio tracks and trains. It’s strong enough to go up hills and pull lots of cars along. The sounds are fun and we love that it can go in reverse. It’s fun and easy for even very young people to open and shut the windows and put the little people in and take them out.

Great train, has held up really well so far (a month) I’ve had to replace the batteries once in that time, but it runs almost daily so the battery life isn’t too bad. The magnet is quite strong and the train can pull a surprising amount of trains.Fits well on our ikea train set

This was a great addition to my son's train collection. The quality is excellent. Great value. The magnet strength holds the train compartments together well. It fits perfectly on the track and is compatible with all my son's Thomas sets. The colorbis bright and as shown.

Cool little train engines. I bought them as a set because we have a lot of track and more trains is always better than less. They started out great, very strong and would climb all the hills and bridges with no trouble. Second set of batteries in and they struggle to climb up one incline. One of the drive gears no longer works. I hope the other train doesn’t follow suit.

The train looks good but the screws are have little triangles on them and require a special tool. We have lots of tools but nothing will work. Other reviewers mentioned receiving a tool but ours didn’t come with one and now we’ve got no way to use the train. Definitely not worth buying a new, random tool just for this!

Fit perfectly on our IKEA train set. The noises are fun and it will pull an impressive amount of cars up the hill. Batteries last for a good amount of time; be warned though it will continue to run if it falls over and that will drain the batteries quickly.Great toy, easy to use, and has made our two year old a train conductor.

Nice, quality addition to a wooden train set. It has a short audio sound at start up and shut down. Batteries seems to last for a while, move slowly and fits all wooden rails. The product Picture are of 2 sets but there is one set of an engine and one carriage.

My 2 year old grandson loved opening this on Christmas Eve. He played with if for over and hour. Taking out the people and putting them back in. The whistle is fun and not too loud. It ran great on their plush carpet so I am sure it will do well on their track.It is sturdy and well made.The battery was a bit hard to put in.

This would be 5 stars if the screw for the battery compartment was a regular screw. It’s some weird size and they send a screwdriver that barely works. But once I got the batteries in… we love this train! It works great on the wooden train tracks we have which are a Melissa and Doug set and a bunch of other miscellaneous wooden track sets. It pulls our other magnetic cars well, it stays on the track well too! The noises are cool and not too loud and I love that it makes some train noises when you first turn it on and then stops, so when it is going around and around our Christmas tree it’s not making a bunch of noise. Both my four year old and one year old enjoy the train.
