My potatoes, and onions are thriving thanks to this 2 way valve. I attached it to the garden hose bibb and have a sprinkler in the potato, and the onion field. In the morning I can pull up to the water spout and simply switch either one on to start the sprinklers in that field. My water pressure won't allow me to run both at once which makes this 2 way valve most useful. The valve is quite solid and built well, and I absolutely love it ! There's no leaks, and it came with extra rubber washers if needed. This valve saves me a ton of time and is well worth the price, AND much cheaper than the big stores in my town !! I'm getting another for the garlic fields !!

I put this on the stand that I have in my garden using a quick disconnect on the hose. This gave me more connection to hookup my drip irrigation system to the one side of the garden and the other side gets the soaker hose. This way I don't have to be out there turning the water on and off. This is an extremely sturdy and well-built connector. I really like the way the handles are there instead of those tiny little knobs. It arrived after ordering in a timely manner and when they said it would arrive. I would recommend this to everyone to use in the garden or yard. I am also using it with one of those quick disconnects for ease of using the hose in my yard and I have another hose connected to the system to use in my garden.

This is a great upgrade to our garden hose splitter valve. Valves are so easy to turn on and off, good if you have limited hand strength. It's easy to check that they're off from a distance, with the large red handles visible. Valves have large openings and didn't restrict water flow when I tested. Handles are sturdy, with thick end stops that should hold up. Valves definitely seal well, because when I first opened them with it dry both let out a pop of air pressure, stored in them since manufacture! I also tested on the faucet and watched closely but saw no drips from the faucet or valves after being closed. Includes extra black and white washers (silicone?) and thread tape (which I didn't need). The handles stick out some and I might rotate it around so they are on the other side, still easy enough to reach.

This brass diverter is well made and is made of solid brass. You can tell when you pick it up because it weighs almost two pounds!It includes everything that you need to install it including extra washers for attaching your hoses in addition to some teflon tape for making sure you get a good leak-proof seal.This may not be a cheap product but there is a reason for that. It’s built like a tank and should last a lifetime and make all of your watering needs much easier.Highly recommended!

At my summer home I moved the clothes washer to the new garage. Local building code does not allow me to run permanent water to an out building. A garden hose gets me around this legality. My washer and water heater are solar powered. Washer hoses are a convenient way to connect up the adjoining sink. I feed into the bottom of the water heater because the internal cold inlet dip tube broke off. I had a cheap diverter and that started leaking at the connections. This brass one is of much better construction. The dual valves make it much easier to flush the system out at the end of the season. Ball valves are a must for debris flushing out of the bottom of the tank. I was going to pipe up something with valves but getting this was easier, faster. and has a much cleaner look. This comes with two sets of gaskets, black neoprene and a semi clear silicone. I suppose the silicone are for potable water applications. When this valve arrived both valves were in the closed position. I opened one valve and heard a POP. Opened the second valve and that gave a POP. In the closed position the valve had stored compressed gas from when it was tested. I would have thought they wouldn't even bother. In all the shipping time that pressure never leaked out. Those are pretty good seals!

I could hardly wait to open this package. I'd been looking at garden hose splitters in the stores lately, but I could never move those tiny little levers that control them. They all had little phillips head screws that probably have to be loosened just right, but that meant that I couldn't test them before buying. When I saw the big levers on this, I decided I wanted to try it. Other than a little resistance the first time that I turned the levers, they're very easy to move. I can easily switch between hoses without unscrewing anything, and the valves look like they're made of brass inside and out. Using this splitter has completely made my outdoor chores so much less time consuming and easier. The solid brass construction feels durable and looks to survive several seasons without any leaks or corrosion. I would not trust any brass fitting outside during the freezing season but this is a super sturdy product. I can easily control water flow to two hoses at once, letting me water the garden while filling buckets for cleaning or whatever other chore I need to accomplish with a separate hose. The large handles are easy to grip, and the tight seal means no wasted water or mess from leaking or spraying unnecessarily. It fits my standard spigot perfectly and installation took less than a minute. I wish I’d switched to this sooner for the convenience and reliability it brings. Trust me. I will never struggle ever again with this water hose splitter and I am going to get more for my other spigots. Very nice quality product that is definitely not cheap.
