The main water hose connection is held on by a snap ring. This item was purchased to use for multiple hose connections while camping. It lasted total of three trips. On the fourth trip it popped off and was unusable.

I forgot to wrap this up and it froze. The part with three valves was laying on the ground, and the nut was still on the faucet. Cool part is there is a spring clip that holds it together and I was able to reassemble it and it works great.

Damaged item. Inner threads are flat on the faucet side, therefore cannot screw on faucet. Unable to return since it was a fix for a friend, but quality control is non-existent for this brand and/or item.

Walked outside thankfully, to find this…. Water shooting everywhere. I have no idea how long this has been busted. I’m sure my water bill will let me know. I don’t know if this was a manufacturing flaw or just bad quality. I’ll see if they offer anything as far as a replacement and keep everyone updated.*****UPDATE******I bought two of these and now they have both broken.Seller hasn’t reached out to rectify anything.STAY AWAY!!!

If you tighten up the threaded mounting part to a tap, it pops right off just as you get it tight. Problem is that it’s held on by the flimsiest wire ring which is too small for the groove. Avoid if possible.

The product looks great but is yerrible quality. I went to assemble the unit on the tap and as soon as i went to tighten the fitting to the tap, the whole unit fell off in my hands. When I looked at what had failed, you can easily see that this os a very poor quality product and wont work.

The ring inside the brass connection to the faucet was broken/split when I received it. Didn’t realize it until I hooked it up and it popped off. The good news is it broke right away and it didn’t cause a flood. Other than the shaky connection to the faucet the rest looked sturdy. Didn’t get far enough along to truly test those parts with any connections.

This water hose manifold is well-made and durable. I installed it on my patio and connected three lines to it. The lever on/off mechanism is perfect and easy to change—it was a simple install.
