I have had this product in use for a few months now and it works fine.I think this device is too complicated for what I need and I don't like the fact that they want to charge me a recurring fee to get notifications on a wifi device.

It is not difficult to add to a SmartLife app (android) and it works well, keeps a wifi connection. My only complaint is that it has a limited temperature range, intended for indoor applications. Please make these that record temperature below the freezing point (of water).

Prodotto stupendo e funzionale. Estrema preziose della misurazione sia di temperatura e di umidità. Utilissimo per comandare deumidificatori dotati di wifi e grazie alla funzione telecomando puoi fargli accendere e spegnere ogni arnese che abbia un telecomando.

It took me a while to set up wifi in my greenhouse or I would have returned these thermometers. They won't run unless they plug into a real electrical outlet. They go offline if they're plugged into fully charged battery packs, which makes them practically useless in my life.

This temperature/humidity monitor is accurate and easy to use. I can see a graph of temperature every hour throughout the day on my smartphone. I bought this to give me piece of mind that my furnace is running correctly, when I leave my house overnight or for days. Because I live in an area of the county where outside temps can be well below zero, I wanted to make sure that my pipes would not freeze if the furnace quit working for some reason. It also allows me to turn the temp lower while I am gone as I can monitor it in a timely manner and respond to a problem in time to prevent bigger problems. I am not extremely good with technology but this was easy to set up.

It's great that I can check the temperature of my house from anywhere in the world. I was out of town last month and I could look and see that my furnace was operating properly.This was my first smart device so there was a learning curve. Apparently all smart devices work off 2.4 GHz WIFI and not 5 GHz WIFI. Once I contacted Comcast and had them split my WIFI router for both frequencies, it was a piece of cake to setup.The data graphing function lets you examine the day, month, or year graphs. It would be nice to see weekly graphs, but that's not provided.I like this unit better than the battery operated ones and found an old cell phone charger to power it. you just need a charger that accepts USB. I do realize that during a power failure, I wont get any reading, which will tell me I'm experiencing a power failure at home.

We place this in our camper so we know if it gets too hot or too cold while we're out hiking, then we just come back and adjust the thermostat in the camper so the dogs are comfortable. It has to be connected to WiFi to work while we're hiking, so we typically leave one phone at the camper with the Hotspot on. Easy solution.

EDIT as of 01/09/2025: I have changed my review from 3 to 1 Star. The item's description erroneously claims "Temperature range: 0℃～60℃ (0℉～140℉)". As I am used to the Fahrenheit temperature scale, I originally paid attention to the stated 0℉ lower limit. It turns out, that is incorrect. I have one of the sending units in my sunroom to determine exactly how cold it really gets without heat. These winter days, the room's temperature reaches a high somewhere north of 40-sonething degrees F during the daytime, depending the day, decreases down to 32 degrees early on in the evening and stays there the entire night, even as the outside temperature continues to decrease downwards to the teens or below. Upon re-reading the description I now realize it also states the minimum operational temperature as 0℃. Since it cannot be 0 degrees on both scales, it is clear the minimum temperature SHOULD BE STATED as 32 degrees F. I will be returning the item as I've since realized it is not capable of the measurements that I need.ORIGINAL REVIEW:In order of decreasing concerns, the device has the following drawbacks: (1) This is a device I might glance at occasionally from wherever I am in the room. For the price, I would expect a lighted sceen, as much cheaper monitoring devices have that feature. I can only read this device if I am seated or standing in close proximity to it. (2) Again, for the price, I would expect the DC5V power adapter to be included. (3) No instructions were included, not even the most basic. I figured out that clicking on one of the QR codes on the back of the box leads you to download an app that allows you monitor the temperature and humidity remotely, which is good. Not sure why there are two separate QR codes; I'm sure there's a purpose, but some guidance would have been useful.

Don’t believe any of the reviews that claim you need to be on the same WiFi for it work. I’m at work right now, and I’m able to read the current temperature and humidity in my apartment. It’s super useful, and it’s priced much lower than competitor’s products. The local display is not the brightest, but to me that’s irrelevant because I’m always reading the temp from my phone. My cat is alone during my workday, so it’s great to be able to track the temp when I’m not there. Easy to setup and easy to use with the Smart Life app. I definitely recommend!

Je suis vraiment satisfait de ce thermomètre/hygromètre connecté. L’installation a été très simple grâce à des instructions claires, et la connexion avec l’application s’est faite sans problème. Les mesures de température et d’humidité sont précises et mises à jour en temps réel, ce qui est parfait pour surveiller mes pièces.Un gros plus : il permet aussi de commander par infrarouge d’autres appareils qui ne sont pas équipés de Wi-Fi. Cela élargit énormément les possibilités, surtout pour ceux qui ont encore des appareils “classiques”.J’apprécie également la possibilité de consulter les données à distance et d’avoir un historique des mesures via l’application. Le design est discret et moderne, il s’intègre parfaitement dans n’importe quel intérieur.Je recommande vivement ce produit pour ceux qui recherchent un appareil fiable et connecté à un bon rapport qualité-prix !

We have an outdoor building that can get very hot in the summer, so knowing the temperature in there is very handy. The device connected to my WiFi very easily and I can access the temperature from my phone.I have a WiFi fan remote that works on the same app so when the temperature goes too high the fan switches on.
