I received my griddle yesterday and I started unpacking it and It looked great. I installed its handles and I placed it on my grill. I was washing it before use, there was a sharp defect part on the front edge of the griddle and cut my finger (it is shown in first photo). I would say that be careful when you unpack it.I used it first time yesterday and We like it so far.

I camp often with scouts and adults and one thing that is always a challenge is cooking for large groups. This large griddle cooking surface is great for using on top of a fire, or a propane burner stove. You can get a hot area to cook and a warmer area to keep food from getting cold. Or, put it on a fire and you can double your cooking surface area. The surface is stainless so cleaning is much easier than with cast iron or aluminum surfaces. It has a oil and grease collection area so you can fry burgers and sweep the oil and char into the pit for easier cleaning later not to mention getting it away from the food. It resembles the restaurant/diner griddles that short order cooks use. This surface allows cooking of vegetables and other smaller items that can easily fall into the grill cracks. You can also steam food items using some water and a cover to retain the hot cooking steam. Overall this cooking surface is great for adding versatility and cooking methods to a cookout whether in the great outdoors or over your stove top. The handles are a bit thin but they (and the whole griddle) are heavy duty feeling and should last a while.

Good quality, no warping and I have turned up the heat on it. I have used it only about 10 times so far but so far it has been great to have an option for smash burgers etc on my regular grill.

So far,so good. I have cooked burgers and scalups and shrimp. No sticking and easy clean up.Ive been using Alvarado oil pre heating. Love it

The griddle just got delivered and I was ver excited to about it. The quality is so bad, and it looked used. I just have to return this unfortunately. The griddle feels very cheap and the steel welding looks awful. Definitely won’t use it at all.
