Excellent: Never new it but decoy dead crows really keep the live ones away. We experience daily bird feeder attacks by a crow murder which devastated our bird cake and pocket book. Now after displaying the dead crow decoys we have only seen them pass by.Bad: Does not weather well. display under eaves or or overhead cover.

This crow looks like the real thing and it actually works . Very well made and really did the job of keeping crows from digging up turtle eggs.

Not only did these decoys arrive broken but whatever they were stuffed with made a mess in my house. Now I know to look for a “frequently returned” mark on the item description page so I can avoid this situation in the future.

I ordered the set of two birds. One arrived with a broken beak. Apparently, many people have received broken birds as they are obviously quite cheaply made, and the shipping envelope doesn't protect the product in transit. I was able to tape the beak back onto the bird using black electrical tape so that it blended in. Despite this, hanging the birds onto two very high trees in my yard that had been infested with crows for many days worked immediately to deter the crows from hanging out in the trees. i normally love seeing birds in my trees but these crows were deliberately breaking off branches at the tops of the trees and letting them fall into my yard. The damage was extensive. It was almost miraculous how instantly the fake "dead birds" worked. Other birds have come to sit in the trees but not many and no crows at all. It's amazing! Because of this, I have to give the product a high rating, with the caveat that you shouldn't be surprised if you receive a broken product. If it's jusgt the beak, it's easily fixable.

I bought this for my sisters 50th birthday to hang upside down in her doorway as a surprise. I put fake black roses in his mouth. It worked great, but it is made very poorly. One of the legs was broken when it arrived so i had to glue it back on. It served its purpose but I was expecting better quality.

I had crows in our back yard for a long time. They would make noise every time we went in our back yard. They were loud, obnoxious, and messed up our bird bathes. They would soak bread, peanuts and always dead things, so I was constantly cleaning out guts, skeletons, etc. A Friend of mine told me about hanging out a fake upside down crow at night so they wouldn’t see you do it. So I did it, and it worked. They just fly by now and it is so peaceful and quiet, and the bird baths are always clean so the other birds can get a drink or take a bath which is what it’s there for.

Don't bother with these birds. I bought 4 of them a week or so ago. Put them out in our boathouse to scare off the neighborhood crows. We had a little windstorm last weekend. I went out yesterday and 3 of the 4 had the feet blown off. I have a few others from different manufacturer that did fine. These things are pieces of junk. I'm sorry I even bought them.
