I have attached these holds to both a pull up bar and a hanging ceiling mount. They are extremely sturdy and great quality for the price. They have substantial weight and nice grip - couldn’t recommend more!

Great quality, especially for the price. Works well and does what it is designed for. Great for those who are wanting to get into rock climbing and want to practice and strengthen themselves at home. My husband likes to tie dumbbells to them and just let it hang from his fingers.

These have good-sized edges, but what I really like is that they can hang from pretty much everything. Other hangboards have a rope that forms a closed loop, so if there's a stationary pull-up bar, you really have to get other gear to attach it. For these, all you have to do is tie two overhand knots in opposite directions.

Easy to setup anywhere to get a good warmup. It has plenty of texture for grip and feels well made.
