Very well-made. Construction and finish are the same as dissecting scissors I’ve used in an OR and compared with other carbide-insert scissors are remarkably less expensive. I didn’t buy these for surgery - I got them to replace a pair I lost I that I used for craft and model building work. They also have an excellent “feel” when you hold them.

These high quality surgical scissors completed my instrument set for suture practicing and are the most common type of scissor encountered in surgery for suture cutting.

Somehow, I lost my favorite pair of surgical scissors that I had for over 50 years. They came from a minor-suture kit from the U.S. Army and they were of high quality (obviously). This German replacement is even better but I hope to live long enough to tell you that they're just as durable.
