This was a little tricky for someone who doesn't use tools -- it did not include any tools and required a 6mm hex key and a T25 star bit -- not something the average person has laying around their house. Also my chair had a T25 star bit but the instructions say it should be a 4mm hex bit -- so there were obviously a couple of versions. My chair is about 15 years old.It took about 30 minutes, but the next time I do this it will probably take 15 min.Expensive, but absolutely identical to my original seat so well worth it.

Easy to install and restored the chair. Really impressed with how these chairs are made to be fixed. This one was very old.

I have to admit, I was worried that either the size or color wouldn't be a match, or that the quality would be an issue.The seat showed up fairly quickly, well packed, in perfect condition, with instructions. I was able to install it in only a few minutes, despite putting the support arms on wrong the first time. And now my chair is completely functional again. The color is a match. It's great!
