I’ve used this stuff on just about everything from spark plugs to bolts on my 4wheeler. Good stuff and a little will go along ways. It has an expiration date which is well past on my bottle. I ignore the date… What are you going to do? Take your bolts apart when it expires and replace it?

I was a bit skeptical because I personally had never used this type of anti seize before. I needed something that would stand up to the temperatures of a turbo. The application was fairly easy as the product includes and applicator brush. I was a bit surprised to see the anti seize was a black color. I ended up using this for all my exhaust and turbo bolts. So far the only issue I have noticed is that at operating temperature the anti seize did get slightly runny. I believe this was my fault however for over applying the product beyond just the bolt threads. After quite a bit of run time on the turbo I removed a few of the bolts and the anti seize held up perfectly. I will definitely use this product again for other high temperature applications.

Can't beat nickel for the most demanding applications like, spark plugs and O2 sensors manifold nuts and bolts. Applications where aluminum wheels locate on an axle hub, perfect. This is where galvanic corrosion takes place and in time can make the wheel next to impossible to get off. Coat the axle hub and the locating diameter on the aluminum wheel before reassembly and you will never have this problem again. Not recommend for lugnuts on wheels.

Anti-seize is NOT recommended for use on many Ford spark plug threads, just the part that protrudes into the combustion chamber. Many modern spark plugs have a plating on them to prevent getting stuck, so don't put this on the threads.OK with that said, I have used this a few times, but not on spark plug threads. I mainly use it when swapping wheels, I put it where the wheel contacts the hub to prevent corrosion and make it easier to remove down the road. This is top quality stuff.

Nickel-based Anti-Seize compounds are much better than copper-based ones, not only at higher temperatures but at lower temps too. Ford's XL-2 is ridiculously low priced and is as good as any other nickel-based anti-seize. For less than 9 bucks we get more anti-seize than most mortals will use in their lifetime. I think it's gonna be the last bottle of anti-seize I bought.

Excellent stuff, works awesome, and very happy to find it here, and the price, wow, my fist bottle from the dealership " $ 25.00 "....... imagine my surprise when I found it on Amazon, by accident. This is what you want for those critical places that call for high temp nickle, so you don't get frozen in parts , for future repairs, or service.Especially if you live in areas with harsh climate changes, and rust....

I use this primarily for lubricating my suppressor mounts for my AR15s. A little goes a long way, and cans that are stuck on are simply a thing of the past. Can't beat Amazon's excellent price, either! At 2400 degrees F, this anti-seize is good even for belt fed weapons (your barrel will be LONG gone before this stuff gives up). I use on my SiCo Saker with MAAD Trifecta mount. Easy on, easy off. Every time. Also, this formula has no negative interactions with the stellite alloy used in my can or the steel used for my muzzle device/mount. Be careful that other anti-seizes don't have bad things that can cause unintended galvanic reactions.

-should have bought this years ago... always playing around with those little tubes of anti-seize, this is a good amount for those bigger jobs, for example... aluminum rims and lug nuts. -not the best brush in the can, but it works. -4x the price of the other brand, but I read a bit and I think there's enough of a difference to get me to use the good stuff. -one bolt not coming out 10 years from now would justify the difference!
