Easy to use, stick to lips and re-stick if necessary.I cut them in half. Use a straw to drink a little water at mouth corners at night if needed.Deeper sleep while breathing through nose only, and no snoring!

This is the first tailored or shaped mouth tape product I tried. It works fine though the little oval opening can be a bit troublesome to remove if your fingernails are short. I almost re-ordered but thought to try a different type, the "X" shape. I prefer the X geometry over this one that I am reviewing because it does not require full mouth coverage yet keeps the lips together just as well. Akin to a full one-piece swim suit and a bikini. Both provide necessary coverage where it is needed. They are inexpensive enough to try different styles to find the one that is easiest to apply and most comfortable.

I've been seeing a lot of information about the benefits of breathing through the nose, rather than the mouth. I also have suffered with terrible dry mouth overnight when I sleep on my back (and my wife tells me that my snoring sometimes wakes her). So I tried these.The strip was easy to remove from the packaging and apply. I have a mustache and beard, so I was a little worried about whether it would even fit on my mouth, but it went onto my lips just fine.I woke up before my alarm the next morning, and was delighted that the strip had stayed on all night, without causing any discomfort. It was also easy to remove, without any sting whatsoever. It also did not catch and pull any of the facial hair, which was another thing I'd worried about.The coolest thing is that I felt *really* well rested compared to the usual morning torpor. Also, I didn't have the typical uncomfortable cotton mouth that I usually experience in the morning (or when I wake up during the night).Will definitely continue to use these.

I’ve been using these for about a week now and they are ok. Not the best, not the worst I tried. One problem is if they get any sort of wetness they lose their stickiness. They have never fallen off but seem to get close. I know if my tongue touches it or if you manage to slobber then it loses its stickiness. It’s not the stickiest to begin with but would stay on my mouth all night, but don’t think it really prevented me from opening my mouth.The small hole to breathe out of is nice, but I think it doesn’t help with effectiveness of trying to stop mouth breathing. I liked it for the fact of when I would somewhat panic and feel I can breath It was a good enough hole to get lots of air.My wife says the hole still made my snoring loud enough to bother her. I wouldn’t buy them again, but was worth a shot when my other brand discontinued.

My wife started using this mouth tape, and the results have been amazing. Her snoring has significantly decreased, and my sleep quality has improved dramatically. The tape stays on securely all night but is easy to peel off in the morning without any discomfort or irritation. It’s a simple and effective solution that works exactly as promised.

Bought these 2 months ago and can confidently say that they stay on all night long. I normally tend to toss and turn throughout the night and the tape stayed on the entire time. The size is just right with enough coverage to go around and fully seal my lips. I do appreciate the slit in the middle that helped me get adjusted the first few weeks since I slept with my mouth open previously but, with these it’s improved my snoring. Highly recommend

these are a life saver (and a sleep deprivation solution) no more tossing and turning, sitting up and laying back down hoping the stuffiness will go away. stays on all night for me and my boyfriend and he’s a bit of a crazy sleeper- very durable. does its job and does it well. once you slap it on it’s immediately dry and stuck to ur nose. great investment if you’re a sitter upper in frustration from a stuffy nose. it’s like night and day with this thing!

My wife says there is no noise from me when I am sleeping at night now. I use these with my CPAP and they work well. My AHI number is lower. In my opinion they are a bit small. It frequently comes off during the night. My mouth is dry and more comfortable and I do not need to take a drink in the middle of the night. Next time I will choose a brand with a larger size. I don't understand what the little loose bit in the middle is for. It leaves a tiny hole in the tape when it comes off. It is too small to breathe through. It usually comes off in the night and finds its way into the most unlikely places. There is no residue on the skin in the morning. It is a helpful product.
