Nice quality, you need to make sure you order a whip and fittings, it comes just the reel. I would buy again but would like it if they stated up front items needed to complete!

I ordered one, said delivered but wasn’t here when I got home. Messaged Amazon. They contacted the seller and issued me a full refund. I re-ordered the hose reel and the next time they made it so the package had to be signed for. It was perfect. Hose reel performs great!

Was referred to this hose reel by a fellow pressure washer.Its is fantastic, high quality well built. And rolls with ease. I'm guessing to the quality shaft bearings.I use a 4k psi hotsy and this reel is the real deal.Great value for most any budget. Don't waste your money on anything else.Will buy again.

Using this for my high pressure hoses on my pressure cleaning trailer.. 8GPM @3500psi.. have about 30 hrs on it so far so good, does make noise from time to time but no leaks, full pressure, and is a great addition to job efficiency. Swivel seems of good quality, handle is sturdy and I can crank up 250’ of hose in seconds.

Great price and very well built. I've had it with me on many jobs now and it works like a champ. I only have 200 feet of house on it...I just wanted more room. Make sure to use teflon tape when screwing in and tightening the handle and also the 1/2 inch - 3/8 inch adapter where you'll connect your hose. I didn't tighten either enough and they leaked. Also, you'll have to spray WD40 in the swivel on the opposite side of the handle (where the hose goes to the pressure washer). Mine locked up the other day while reeling in the hose...WD40 did the trick.

Great Product. I have yet to assembly and use it but it is very sturdy and seem well built. it seems they worked out the shipping issue because the first 2 came scratched and dented....this time it came packaged it properly. It has a very nice powder coat finish and its hard to see it arrive with bare metal showing. One thing about this reel is that it wobbles a bit but they have an adjustment with two collar type fasteners on each end of the bar running straight thruough the middle of the spool. I'm going to center it and it should be all good.AMAZING price for this product!

Awesome hose reel!!! I own 5 and only had one issue with mine.. I forgot the pin locked in while using the pressure washer which eventually broke the pin off from the jerking of the reel every time I pull the trigger. My fault, nothing to do with the construction of the product which is very impressive. I like to spend my money on quality products and these reels have impressed me. I used to have to drag out my hoses and lay them all out before I could start washing. Now I pull up to the jobsite, hook up my supply hose to a faucet as soon as I get onsite so my buffer tank can start filling. Then I grab the end of the hose and pull 100', 200' or even all 300' out sometimes. The 5-10 minutes it takes be to setup allows the buffer tank to fill enough to supply the machines with water and I can immediately start working. I run two belt drive 4043 graco pumps and they can both run off the same single household faucet with the buffer tank in line.Just ordered three more for my next pressure washing trailer. Can't wait till they arrive so I can figure out their placement and get the next trailer making money..
