It's sturdy hand puppet and has a very realistic look up close and can be painted to modify if needed due to the material.

I originally got this to use in a diorama, it's more like an adult gorilla costume hand made of some oily silicone/ vinyl material. Not the scale it says it is, I wear a large glove size, and it is very big on my hand.

My kids gave this to my husband for his birthday. He likes weird looking birds and talking on the behalf of animals, so this was perfect to entertain all of them. It was much larger in person, which was a pleasant surprise as my husband has very large hands. I wasn't really expecting him to operate it comfortably, but he can and it can be impolite to the kids amusement and can eat the baby, so everyone is happy.
