I've had problems with fridge breakdowns in the past, and it's awful when you open your fridge and you find the unit stopped cooling at some unknown time. Because of this, I have interior thermometers in every fridge and freezer we have, and we check them often. These Geevon thermometers, however, can be stuck magnetically to the outside of the fridge or freezer, so you can see the temp without even having to open the door. You do have to find a place to put the sensor where the cord won't interfere with storing or accessing your food, but it is so nice to be able to see, not only the current temp, but the min and max temp that you can reset if you need to, from the outside of the fridge/freezer. So far, I've had no problems with them, and I will update here if I do. Thumbs up!

This refrigerator thermometer saved the day as we were previously using a thermometer inside our kegerator that we had to physically take out to read and were unable to get accurate readings. We ordered this one and it works perfectly. The magnet keeps it perfectly in place and the large, digital numbers are readable from several feet away (or more depending how good your eyes are) and even gives you the minimum and maximum temperature readings since the last reset which has brought us great peace of mind to know our beer is chilling exactly where we need it to be. Well worth the money.

The front of the thermometer says from -.4°F to 120°F I think. I can't remember the high number but the low is -.4°F but in every description about the thermometer it says it has a range of -22°F to 120°F same with the others that this brand produces. What's correct??

Use one for refrigerator and the other for the freezer.
