Lock only works through app. Lock on the back of knob doesn’t work. Cut door to make knob fit and knob won’t fully close. The design for the screws are awful. Can’t fit a screw driver so it’s only hand tight

4 star bc good product, but only time I can add a user is when it fully dies. Manual is kinda bad anx when I press the reset button with the white light it just goes back to only taking my prints. When you want to add a visiter it does not work. Only time it ever opened bluetooth is when first installing and after it died. Would be nice if I could turn on and off bluetooth with a single button. Would have been worth an extra $10. At this point I am forced to give a key to visiters.... with a single bathroom it turns into a bathroom hall pass. Great knob, but lacking
