My original Gearwrench small tap holder broke. Getting through Gerawrench's warranty process was not working for me. This was a great replacement and I was able to complete the task needed.

I had tried several different varieties of small tap wrenches but none would hold my Ease Out. This one worked perfectly. Sadly, I snapped my ease out, but at least I finally found a wrench that would hold up to the job.

Used to get brass fitting out of aluminum with a “ez out”, jaws broke off internally while applying torque. Luckily my co worker had his Irwin set that I used to accomplish job. Setting up for a return!

I bought this to replace a broken one. The jaws seem to have been improved.

Again, tool jewelry, feels good just holding it. Very well made. You will of course need the GearWrench handle for ratcheting work, but I already had that

I have to tap holes daily to do repair work on equipment. Bought the GearWrench set with large and small tap adapters and the ratcheting handle. Cuts minutes off each tap job, give you two hand control and eliminates most breakage of taps. I was a little disappointed the small tap broke after very limited use.

If you have been using the tap holders that come in most of the kits, you owe it to your self to get one of these. I bought it because the tab holder that came in my kit would non hold the small taps (like 4-40) I how use this for about all my taps.
