Time to replace the old tensioner pully as it is 19 years old and makes a squeaking noise. Works perfectly with 2004 Toyota 4Runner

This item fits perfect; a very easy job (be mindful of left hand bolt). My LS 400 has 139K and the belt tension bearing is shot. Durability is TBD.

Fits OEM for Lexus belt tensioner. I did not have to add extra washer.

Fit great on my 1996 LS400. Runs quiet. Box says made in Canada. Part says made in China?!?! Still infinitely better than the garbage they sold me at Autozone which did not fit... which they then put back on the shelf to sell to the next sucker.

Needed to change this pulley in my 93 Lexus LS 400 and it fit perfectly. Compared to the OE part the Gates is just a tad bit lighter weight but I have no hesitations to say this Gates part will last. Would buy again.
