As other reviews said these are fairly cheap plastic lockout boxes. If you really wanted to get into it a 10yo could just twist it off. These are good just to warn people not to use the valve temporarily and nothing more. This is not meant as a deterrent just notification so if that's all you need this is for you.

These are quite nice, however made from what feels like a standard thin-ish plastic. While they would work for a simple lockout/tagout protocol, if you are expecting them to be for any kind of security or safety regulation; I would probably look elsewhere. However, these will be perfect for what I need them for. Would have preferred them to be metal but these will do.
