1.Whatever you tighten the chainsaw chain or loosen the chainsaw chain, you need loosen the two bolts of clutch cover first(but not loosen totally), then you can adjust the tension pin. Or it will happen again.
2. If you check our video on our product page and try it by yourself. You will know better why our workers use finger to spin the bolts first instead of using hex wrench. You will feel clear about the difference in adjusting the tension pin.
Use wrench to check if the chain can rotate successfully after finishing installation.
Please check the product picture carefully which is also shown the correct hole(the red arrow marked) in our picture of assembly steps- the 5th step. The bigger hole is correct.
Please make sure that the chain is inserted into the sprocket. So the chain won’t stop working when you use chainsaw.

I have a Jonsered 2188, Holtzfarma g660, Tanaka tcs51, Husqvarna 51 and this saw; and have to say this is a really good saw for the price. The bar is a little thin and it has about the softest pull start I've ever used on a chainsaw, but it's not bad it's just different. Again, for the price to have for a saw around the farm; it's great and comes with bar and chain.

It does great for around the house stuff. But the clutch seems a little weak. It doesn't take much to stop the chain. Around home is good, but I don't think I would want to try to tackle a big job with it.

This is a nice saw, put it through paces and performed well. The pull starter broke and after removing the starter cover I cannot get the screw loose to replace cover. Took it to a mech and they cannot either. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the manufacturer. Where can I buy a replacement starter cover?
