We make thicker and wider gaskets to ensure a good, tight fit to the can spouts.
Anti-Overflow
The spout tube and the spout cap are threaded, and the spout cap has a rubber sealing ring inside. Tighten the spout cap after use. There will be no oil overflow even in the case of transportation or the tank is down.
Flexible & Durable
Gas can spouts are excellent and flexible! You can fuel without using a funnel, and there was no leaking or dripping, even with flexing and pressure on the spout.

They work ok, but if you hand tighten them just a little to much, or just a little to light, they leak horribly! There is a very small window of just right. The rubber seal needs to be slightly thicker and slightly wider. Once you get to that sweet spot, they are better than the "safer" ones that come with the fuel cans. I never understood why we have all of the "safer" spouts as every single one of those cause way my fuel to be spilled than the old style ones like these. With old styles like these, I rarely ever spilled fuel.

These were very helpful in repairing my gas cans. I had 1 can that needed the tighter thread cap and 4 that needed the wider thread. I had one can that was larger and this product did not work for that one. 2 of my cans did not have an air valve. The drill bit provided worked perfectly. The air valve snaped in easily and is secure. The washers fit correctly into the caps. The larger caps worked great. The caps with the ring for securing to the spout do not work well. They seam to be a bit too small in diameter to fit the spouts, but I am happy to use the larger caps. The construction seams like it should hold up well and the spout has a proper amount of flexibility.

Bought it for all my gas can's cause they kept smelling gas in my car and it sucked using the Noosle it came with. With the new hoses and vent's it makes easier to fill up my can's

The kit is very complete, including course and fine thread caps. There are enough caps, plugs, spouts and vents ( if you wish to install them, drill bit included) to outfit 6 plastic Jerry cans, includeing 1 gal plastic cans by bending spout, at least mine did.
