Packaging was open. Renewed packaging. Everything looks functioning but if I wanted renewed I would’ve purchased and saved money. I would send this back but I’m leaving on a trip tomorrow and my old one was ruined in flooding during Helene. Bogus

This is an awesome product! I had one that the antenna broke and I had to replace it. Got the exact same remote but could NOT pair the darned thing with the collars. I finally found a YouTube video on an entirely different handheld made by Garmin. It took me 2 days and a lot of frustration to find it. The instructions that come with the remote are useless to pair with the T10 collars. Maybe you'll have better luck.

I used this handheld E collar controller for my dog nearly everyday on walks for over 5 years and it always performed flawlessly. Unfortunately I left it on the hood of my truck and it didn’t endure 2 hours of rush hour traffic running it over. I’m looking forward to many more years with my replacement controller which was easy to synch with my existing collar.

I misplaced my remote and needed to purchase one new. I stick with Garmin because it’s a brand I recognize as offering high quality products for a reasonable price!

Great controller, great collars 5 years in still works great and holds a charge. Broke antennae of called garmin gave me a new one for 100 bucks.

Excellent remote. A little bulky, but the range is great and the buttons are easy to use. Illumination on the pt10 collar is a major plus if used at night. Bark feature is a little sensitive, but overall, the unit is excellent. Have been using for 3 years.

Great range and battery life. Definitely purchase the carrying case. It helps with walks and reaching to pick the device up. It has a very bright LED light on the associated collar that turns on with very little changes to the settings. The controls are nice because they can be changes without looking. It will work from inside the house to the outside, too. It is best to have your pet trained by a professional with this device because the settings of shock can really be high. Recommended for a dog 50-70lbs, no more than level 2-3. Each level has 3 strengths for a total of 21 in the device. You can set the device up for multiple pets and it is color coded. I did lots of reading on these devices. This one also charges with the same cord as a Motorola cell phone.
