These cut the time of my wiring projects tremendously. They are so much fun to use that I actually walked around my house and thought, "I could really use another outlet there" just so I could add an outlet and use these 21st century wiring nuts. The best part is that I can now reach an outlet from any wall location in my house without physically moving... I only need to extend my arm. Be sure to check the gauge of your electrical wire and buy the appropriate size. My wife always tells me, "Bigger isn't necessarily better", and that's certainly the case with these nuts.

Had to tie four 14 gauge electrical wires together in a box and wire nuts weren't cutting it, couldn't ever get what I felt was a secure connection. Browsed Amazon, found these, and they make tying multiple wires together securely a breeze, I highly recommend!

Well made. Easy to insert wires with decent good grip after insertion. Not too difficult to withdraw wire if know how to do so (twist and pull).

Perfect for making a pigtail inside a small electric receptacle box. Much easier to use than standard wire nuts in a confined space, provide visual and mechanical confirmation of a secure connection, and are essentially fool-proof so long as instructions are followed. Do note that these are effectively single-use; removing a solid copper wire requires considerable force and can mangle the wire, so it's easier to carefully break the connector.

So I got these to use instead of wire nuts because I hate wire nuts. They are a good product only because they replace wire nuts. They are expensive and not as good as the space save wagos that you can get a 100 pack of for $10 here on Amazon. To release pull and twist and solid wire comes right out. FYI, these DO NOT work well with stranded wire.

These are the first Connectors of this type I have used, and they work awesome. There easy to push the connector in and also have the ability to check continuity. There a perfect thing for me and my family as Im rewiring are old house in prep for 200 amp service on our old house.I would suggest these to anyone rewiring, or new installation of new wiring there easy and simple to use. So easy and forget wire nuts, I switched to these for everything on my wiring, unless it a huge gage.

I can say I really like these new push in Connectors and I've done some professional work as an electrician. I have recently done some work on my home and for others. I've used these and wire nuts, but now I prefer and will use these new units, rather than the old wire nuts I still have plenty of. I retired from doing that work several years ago and now just do my own electrical, projects and even sometimes help others with their electrical needs. I'll say this, I don't readily volunteer to do electrical, but I will help friends, even if it is to just look at their problems and needs and make recommendations. If I can help or sometimes, to suggest they get a pro for big jobs for work that will need to be inspected or certified. I know my stuff, but occasionally things come along that require more help than I am willing to do, but these kind of new tools are good to use and one needs to keep up with the changes in the trade. Wire nuts are much cheaper, but everyone won't strip their wire right, twist them on tight enough, or water-proof them a little with black tape wrap, silicone or rubberized tape. These connectors also need a clean strip at the right length to work properly and to not protrude a hot wire out from the connector you might touch. These are also recommended for solid wire only, where wire nuts can be used with twisted wire, both copper and aluminum. These connectors are similar to the holes in the backs of receptacles, switches and other electrical termination devices where you can just push a stripped wire into the hole and it will grab on tightly to the solid wire for a good electrical connection. They have been proven for years to make a good connection. I remember when they first came out, the old hands would not use them and would choose to use the screw terminal, make a loop and tighten the screw down. These screw down connections also came loose occasionally, so now the hole in some devices is the only connection to choose from. If you are a pro reading this, I defer to you to choose what you will use. These are more expensive, but for me, I'll be using these from now on and have ordered a few 8 hole/conductor units to have around. I'm trying several brands and if one does not perform correctly, proves to be too light weight and breaks or doesn't hold, I'll revisit my review and make it known. Given time, I am sure others will report back on the best products to use. Good wiring and connections with whichever connector you choose to use.

I bought several jars of these push connectors to see how I like relative to twist connectors. On the whole I like the idea, one should be able to keep a clean box and make the connection without incident. I found these worked well with 14 ga wire, have not tried others but don't really question it would be successful. The biggest con is that it would not work with the stranded wire I was attempting to connect. In my case the wire was not thick enough to pass into the connector. I suspect most stranded wire will work fine, but don't attempt with something like lamp cord.
