I love this apron! It holds a lot of produce, as well as gloves (included), pruners, plant ties, etc.The material seems very sturdy and it fits well and is comfortable. The biggest problem that I have with it, is remembering to put it on when I go outside to harvest!Recommended

I thought this would be great for harvesting vegetables in the garden. It works well depending on the vegetable being harvested. For peppers or anything relatively light it works great. If being used for tomatoes, the apron gets heavy very quickly and the tomatoes at the bottom will sometimes pop out of the bottom even if the bottom is folded shut and latched. I don't really see the benefit of the open bottom. If you are harvesting thousands of peppers and continually dropping them into baskets or buckets, maybe. I find it easier to just take the apron off and dump it, then put it back on.

This is a heavy duty canvas gardening apron. It has ergonomic straps to help support any weight on your back. It has nice durable pockets to hold various tools and gloves. It fits both me and my husband so it can be used by men or women. It's a great add on for your gardening adventures.

Well I guess this bright orange would be handy if you're foraging in the forest, but I'm not sure why they went with this color for the average gardener. Not a deal breaker, but just not terrible thrilled with the color.I love this for what it is- the ability to use two hands to pick your harvests. It's relatively comfortable, although it did start pulling at the back of my neck as the pouch became heavy with my vegetables. The biggest problem for me was the bottom of the pouch. It's meant to let you unload your harvest by unclipping the pouch. It does do that, but because the bottom is open, even when you have it folded up, and clipped in place, smaller produce will fall out, with the problem getting worse as the apron pouch gets heavy with produce. I was leaving a trail of tomatillos and cherry tomatoes as I walked through the garden. Kind of funny now, but it wasn't so amusing at the time.To fix this problem, I put three binder clips along the bottom of the apron. Now my items don't fall out.Kudos for the concept, minus one star for the execution.

So an apron makes sense for a gardener, why get unnecessary dirt and grime on your regular clothes. And a wrist wrap around makes sense because it'll keep it close to your body. So far so good. What I had NEVER seen (sure this is just my ignorance) was such a large and adjustable basket integrated with buckles up front so you could cinch it in or open it enough to, and I'm not kidding, pick enough vegetables for a family of four to get stuffed. And the kicker is that instead of having to reach back in to pull everything out, you just hit the ejection buckles at the bottom and everything just spills out into bucket or table. What a time saver, and what a satisfying moment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you enjoy gardening at all...

When first out of the package, this looks huge but it is very easily adjusted to your height and weight. It appears very sturdy, strong, well made. This is not something that is going to fall apart after a year of use. I expect this to last for years. Material is strong and heavier than I thought it would be - but the apron is not too hot or heavy to wear in hot weather. It’s strong enough to have no issues carrying garden hand tools in it. The apron pocket is also adjustable for the height you want it to be so nothing falls out.The only thing I would ask to change is where it lies on the back of your neck. Because the apron can hold quite a bit of weight, when loaded down it digs a little into your neck. It would be nice to have a bit of padding, preferably in a material that wicks the sweat away. Not a huge deal but would be appreciated. Fix that and this would be perfect.

My wife saw this and was excited to try it out. She likes it even more than she thought she would! That canvas is good and strong, and it has durable double seams. She thinks the weakest part is the silky black pocket - she thinks it will fray if it gets snagged, but I think it feels pretty sturdy as well. It's a hoodie-type pocket and she uses it to set aside things like an extra-nice looking apple that she wants to eat when gathering them up.It fits very well, and is easily adjustable in size from small to plus-size people. The way the straps are attached you just pull the ends that are at your low back and they adjust the fit from your waist up to your shoulders. Nice. The large pocket up front is spacious for holding your harvest, and you just pinch the two clips up front to undo them, which opens the bottom of the pocket to release your bounty onto the table, into the sink, or wherever else you want to put it. I wish we'd found something like this years ago!The two clips up front are durable enough for their purpose. If they were on a backpack or something you'd want them bigger, but they work well for this. The extra side pockets are handy as well; we're very happy with this, especially for the price.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

A more perfect gardening apron couldn’t exist. It’s water resistant, cleans up easily, protects your clothes and holds pickings. Also used it to hold bits of pruned plants to get them to the compost pile.
