These shears are a welcome addition to our gardening tools at our lake house. I generally take care of the yard work and my wife manages the gardens. So she was in need of these long blade clippers to maintain the boxwoods and other shrubs that were planted a couple of years ago.The clippers are lightweight which she loves and the padded handles are comfortable to hold and work with. The sharp blades add to the ease of trimming and leave a clean cut across the branches.The only features that would have been nice to have is a clip that keeps the blades closed and a cover for the blades when not in use. But I recommend these long blade hedge clippers as the price point is reasonable and they are designed and work as advertised.

The shears are a perfect length. They can be used without you needing to bend over as much. They make the job easier. Perfect for those who are elderly are those with back problems. They are very sharp.
