These hooks are rugged and can handle the weight of a ladder.

Good hooks and strong enough for items of moderate size & weight. Not really deep enough to hang a large extension ladder. Also, if you have fastened a 2x4 across your wall studs, from which to hang tools, these are not the hooks to use; the two holes are too far apart, to drive screws through both of them into the one 2x4.

I recently cleared out our over crowded garage and reorganized. I bought these to hang shovels, ladders, and anything else on, and they are great. They can be nailed or screwed on, easy installation, look nice, ect. I will order more, and would recommend.

We used these in our barn and Highly Recommend these hooks to hang HEAVY DUTY objects like ladders, commercial electrical cords, folding chairs. They are secured by two screws (not always the case with other light weight hooks).

I don’t usually leave pictures but this product is excellent. Very useful in the garage. Hanging a ladder, shovels, leaf blower, cords, brooms, hoses. Anything that fits. I probably wouldn’t hang a tire or something extremely heavy like that but these are plenty sturdy. As far as those that had install problems if you have basic tool skills you should be fine. Pre drill your holes in the studs. No deeper than 1” into the wood. Electrical and plumbing are required to be 1-1/4” into the stud or nail plated. Get an impact driver extension. Buy some wood screws at the big supply store if the ones that come with it don’t work well. Buying my second set today.
