I got the Gamebreaker Stealth Helmet Liner for two of my SCA helms. I was able to insert it beneath my current padding/liner to add an additional layer of safety and concussion prevention. Since the Gamebreaker is approximately1/4" thick, it boosted the padding giving it more than the minimum required by the rules. Adding the Gamebreaker "snugged" up the fit of my old padding eliminating what I call the "bobblehead" effect when taking a shot to the side of the head. In my case no tape was needed; the pad doesn't slide around.

I was looking to get rid of my mountain biking helmet and get a new one. Instead I tried this helmet liner. It's great! It offers a lot more protection than just the helmet alone. The helmet also feels a lot more snug with this liner.
