I wouldn't say these are the highest quality (the packaging is made to emulate the Band Aid design but it's definitely a cheaper knock-off from China)...but so far, they do seem to be effective. They stayed in place, weren't uncomfortable or anything, and protected on a lengthy run.So, for the price, they are effective and worth it!

Disclaimer: I am a man with hair on my chest and around the "application area", and this product does not work with that being the case. That being said, I'll do my best to review given what I can observe.The adhesive is light, which makes it easy to remove and not too painful during removal, but at the same time, it won't stick on place of there is much hair at the application area. I also have my doubts at its ability to stick during heavy sweating or with wet clothing.The material is a soft gauze-like cloth on the outside and center point that goes over the nipple directly, which improves comfort. The material is quite thin, and I didn't see too much difference of poking through clothing material with or without these covers.I did rub the outside back and forth across a cotton shirt to simulate running friction, and it seemed to hold nicely.They come well packaged, easy to fit in a gym bag or whatnot to keep with you for any activities. They come two patches on one strip of plastic, making easy to keep a pair or two on the go.Maybe these would be the right buy for you if you don't have hair, and don't sweat too heavily and if that's the case it would be a good purchase at this price point. Otherwise, it feels a bit like a wash and I wish these would work for me, as I often wear cotton shirts when running, which isn't ideal.

It was easily applied but fell off before the 5 mile mark of my run. They can’t protect if they aren’t there.Very disappointed!

After having problems with chafing while running and playing sports, I was hoping these would help. Used them while playing sports for 3 hours today and they worked perfectly. No chafing, so comfortable I forgot I was using them. They stayed on very well. They came off when I needed them to. They are stickier than a normal bandaid, so you won't want to put them on over hair. Shaving your chest or trimming the hair really short is the only way to go with these. Just a great produce that does what it needs to without fuss.

That I highly doubt that 90% of women are bothered by "nipple protrusion" on men. So, guys, please don't buy nipple tape because you're afraid of what these imaginary women think.
