Despite what's written all over this page, this is NOT raffia, it's paper made to look like raffia. It is not at all waterproof and even a drop of water on it disintegrates it into pulp.I would not use this for crochet hats/bags as your project will disintegrate in the rain.I would recommend this for wrapping gifts only.I think the sellers need to make it clear that this is not raffia, it's just paper.

I love this kind of natural ribbon, and the matte black is just such a classy color for any of your gift wrapping needs.It’s a nice big roll too.

I was excited to start using this ribbon to fix up a few pieces to add more pizzazz to our home decor. The material itself is quite fragile so I would keep that in mind. That is just the nature of raffia paper so I would make sure not to put a lot of pressure or exert force using this. It comes off very easily so cutting parts off with a pair of scissors is the best way to go.The colour, the style, and the product overall were just as I expected.

I bought 2 rolls to use for ribbon on my Christmas gifts! It’s perfect for that and it looks absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this for any craft project! The white is so fresh and modern looking! Happy Holidays!🌲
