They are easy to put on and they work very well on walking through the snow and the ice. They are fun to get around with and I would recommend these to anyone looking to purchase for a beginner.

I'm retired, decided to learn something new, I wish I had tried snowshoeing 40 yrs ago. What incredible fun. These snowshoes came with zero instructions, so I had to watch the video a couple times, but it's pretty intuitive on how the straps work/adjust & how to adjust the poles (be sure to tighten the little screw at each joint before tightening the snap thingy so the poles don't collapse on you!). I decided to leave my boots fastened to the snowshoes & drag my feet/legs out rather than constantly messing with the straps. I have about 4" of snow that has a hard crust but my boot post-holed thru, once the snowshoes were on, I stayed on top. The crampons are great, they really bite into the snow, uphill, downhill & flat. Super fun with or without the poles, which are well-made. These snowshoes are not too heavy for skinny legs but still give a nice work-out (5'6", 110 lbs). Hoping for more snow ;)

They held up great for a snow shoe half marathon I did. No issues, great traction and light weight. Could have run another 13 miles. Maybe next year..

We purchased another pair of these snowshoes from a different seller. On the 2nd time of use, one pair broke. We returned them. We ordered 2 pair of this sellers brand and as soon as we received them, we could absolutely tell that these were a much better quality of snowshoe. My kids have used these last weekend and are super happy with them.

My sister, who is 65 years old, just learned to snowshoe with these. She loved and the snowshoes were easy to get on and off. I also liked that it came with poles and Gaters. I'm thinking of buying a new set for myself and would definitely consider these. Fun color too!

I purchased this set, not knowing how o would like snowshoeing. Turns out I like it much better than cross country skiing!

This is my first pair of snowshoes. I was very happy with the way they performed. The straps across the top didn't rub the way I thought they might. I did notice that some others in my group had a toe stop in their strapping system. That seemed like a nice feature for going downhill. My foot didn't slide a lot, just knowing that's an option I wish I had bought that style. I am keeping these and wearing them out this winter tho for sure. My snowshoes came with poles with a snow tip, that was great to have. It also came with the gaiters to keep the snow out of your shoes. Overall a great value for the kit and many hrs of fun. Used a couple times already.
