The dog took to it fine. Had him loosely tired to the front. The treadmill speed up a little without me touching anything. That didn't seem right and then all of a sudden it got faster and faster. It got so fast he couldn't keep up and he slipped and was getting dragged. I kept hitting the stop button as my daughter' was screening. I had to manually shut it off..6

I was so excited to buy a treadmill for my new puppy who is very hyper. She has way too much energy. I got it. It was great set it up. It is perfect size and everything……. until she used it for about two days after that, it started having issues and it states don’t return to Amazon write us and we will fix it for you. I don’t get any responses. They tell me to send pictures of something that’s broken. You can’t take pictures of the inside then they want videos. I can’t get videos posted. They just ignored me and if you want a product that works I suggest going elsewhere. You will waste your time and your money. This place is Horrible. I would’ve given it zero stars if possible they will not replace or refund your money no matter what so buyers beware

Wasn't sure about this reading the mixed reviews; however, there was one great review that raved this was perfect if you just needed something basic so I took a shot.And that review wasn't wrong. We only wanted something very simple, easy to move, and compact and this fit that criteria. It has been great for rainy days to get out our dogs energy.Unfortunately, our dog will likely grow out of this one soon (that was my bad on reading the measurements) but still a great purchase for the meantime!

It was an easy set up, and has been working for my dog for over two months. Got this because where I live can easily hit negative weather so i wanted a safe way for my dog to exercise. The only problem I had was the sides they were made out of a cheap material, but they wouldn't have worked for my dog any way.My dog is about 75lbs, but it does work for heavier (I personally tested it and I'm at 170 lbs). Love the multiple features. You can set a timer by time, miles. You get a remote to adjust the speed.The most important thing about tread mill is to make sure you are consistent with training them on it.

My honest review on this product is that for a smaller dog this would have been wonderful. My dog has long legs and this just didn’t work for him. We had an issue with delivery and damage in transit but i have to say the customer service of this company was AMAZING. They are extremely helpful, responsive and kind. If they have other products for my dog i will purchase.
