I started using this item 2 years ago.I am amazed how well it help my pool stay clean.My water also stayed in balance better with kess chemicals.It can be washed well with amazon filter cleaner and will last a little more than a year as well/Ray C.

When first installed, I couldn't comment on this filter cartridge.Now, a few months (and 2 hurricanes later), I can strongly recommend this filter. Helene and Milton left a fair amount of dirt/sand in the pool. This filter stood up to it all.
