Very impressed with this futon. The cushion is comfortable and the cover is soft and looks great.Assembly was easy, though you will likely need two people for the final step, but the rest of it was no problem to complete solo. All the parts and hardware are well organized and labeled and the instructions are clear. Everything fit where it was supposed to and lined up. I was also impressed with the quality of the wood and all the little details, including wooden caps to cover some of the bolt holes, which is was a nice touch that seems to be pretty uncommon now.It feels very sturdy and comfortable and looks great!

It was exactly what we wanted for the room and serves nicely as an extra bed.The fabric is very nice and the navy is beautiful. Fairly easy to put together,just follow instructions and dont hurry. EXCELLENT packaging.We did not get with the drawers although we are thinking now that we may likethem afterall. I was very surprised at the quality of this futon. The wood is great, all predrilled holes lined up, hardware went in easily, and the mattress very comfortable. The instructions are step by step pictures and very easy to follow. I do have experience assembling furniture but believe most people would be able to assemble this futon. The only drawback is converting from a bed back to a sofa with the mattress on it. I’m sure eventually I’ll get a hang of it.

Over all I like it. I bought a thicker futon mattress for comfort. Comfort great but heavier mattress makes it harder to open and close.

This is not the first futon I have owned. I wanted a futon that was both comfortable to sleep on and sit on when folded up. From reviews I read on this one before purchasing it seemed to fit the bill. I have not been disappointed. My 21 year-old son is using it as a bed for three months between college semesters. The full-size version I ordered is more comfortable than the bed he had in his dorm room. The mattress has springs in it that makes it more than just a pillow type of feel. I tried it out myself and was pleased. Opening it to the complete horizontal position can be done with one person grabbing the center of the seated portion and pulling out. Setting it back up into a couch is more easily done with two people squealing it together from the sides. I purchased the version with drawers. The simply roll on the floor and fit under the frame. If you didn’t want to use them you could take them out and store them and the futon would look normal without them there. It was the same price with or without them so I figured I might as well get them. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely buy this futon again.

Quality wood, sturdy! Easy to put together, because great instructions were included. Exactly what I was looking for.Customer service is above and beyond. I want to thank the customer service team for the quick replies and continued support. It is nice to know that customer care still exists! (The delivery company, accidentally delivered to the wrong place. No fault of the seller)I have a small 800 sq ft home, so the bedrooms are small, just a bit bigger then a California Queen bed. My office/guest room was too crowded for my desk and a queen size bed. This full size futon and frame fits perfectly to create an office feel for day to day use. But when a quest arrives, they have a comfortable sturdy bed to sleep on.So happy with the product, the seller, and great service I received. Thank you!
